Boulder's Beach is managed by SANParks and forms part of the Table Mountain National Park. This beautiful location in Simon's Town is home to a population of African Penguins. This colony of endangered birds settled in the Cape Town area in the early 1980s and has since grown to several thousand.
Visitors to the Park pay an entrance fee to observe these small aquatic birds from 2 boardwalks amidst the giant boulders surrounding Foxy Beach. Families can also enjoy picnicking and swimming in the ocean. Interfering with the penguins is strictly prohibited.
